The city of Foshan has experienced rapid economic growth in recent decades. This growth has cultivated a desire amongst Foshan residents for more modern and luxurious living environments. The deluxe Maximus Residence represents the ultimate ideal home for this community demographic. The designer has thoughtfully addressed the desires of these clients and created a commerce space which showcases the pure excellence of this development.
The sales office radiates an aura of luxury and craftsmanship. Through a series of collaborations with the architects, the designer has successfully transformed a pared-down frame of 1,000 sq. m. into an impeccable modern “imperial hall” which unfolds in the space within. The four metre-high ceiling is fully utilized, with the different functional zones visually separated by flawless handcrafted screens. At the same time, the staircases have been re-designed into a spiral, creating a pleasant entranceway to the lift lobby showcase and the grand landing which faces the main entrance. Structural columns embrace the entire space, artistically defining the outstanding interior architecture.
