MARINI, located in south LOHAS Park on a waterfront promenade, is a three-tower luxury residential development of with 1,653 units and a five-storey podium with a clubhouse, landscaped deck, and numerous open spaces.
The development prioritises open space, greenery and recreational facilities, providing a high quality of life for residents, along with excellent connectivity and accessibility to the neighbouring community. It was designed to be a vibrant and dynamic multigenerational space for families that is both an icon for green sustainability and a place where health and wellbeing are the cornerstones of success.
