A prime piece of real estate on Pacific Coast Highway languished for years, burdened by extremely challenging site constraints and numerous local hurdles to development.

Mariner's Pointe, scheduled to open in 2013, proved to be the right mix of upscale tenant space and structured parking to clear the hurdles and provide an exciting new anchor the Mariner's Mile stretch of PCH in Newport Beach.

ADMG partnered with Stoutenborough Inc. early in the design process to manage the transformation of entitlement drawings into thorough construction documents and specifications. The project presented numerous technical hurdles that required a creative but carefully coordinated effort, led by ADMG.
