This project located at Miches, Dominican Republic is surrounded by natural resources and a rich landscape. We designed a space where the Maralda community and its visitors can feel connected to the power of nature.
A Nature Inclusive Design.
Our proposal embodies the integration of built environments with the surrounding natural elements. Its approach moves beyond structural aesthetics, emphasizing the symbiotic relationship between human habitation and the ecological fabric.
At its core, this design's ethos prioritizes the preservation and enhancement of biodiversity, advocating for strategies that mitigate environmental impact while fostering a sense of interconnectedness with the natural world.
From site selection and orientation to material choices and landscaping, every step of the architectural process is guided to embrace and celebrate nature's intrinsic beauty and functionality.
Through integration of green spaces, biophilic elements, and sustainable technologies, nature inclusive design not only enriches the built environment but also cultivates a regenerative framework that nurtures both human well-being and ecological resilience.
