We have transform a three-story commercial building into a hospital facility as part of a series of remodeling endeavors. The building's exterior is characterized by a cohesive façade that wraps around various projected slabs adorned with a geometric pattern of solid and porous cotton steel sheets interspersed with aluminum louvers. Originally constructed as a hotel building, the existing structure has been repurposed to accommodate single-occupancy patient rooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and provisions for overnight visitors. An additional floor has been added for the Operating Theater (OT) Complex, adhering to zoned area norms for sterile and non-sterile sections. The development includes a dedicated Cardiac Care Unit with a Catheterization Laboratory (CATH LAB), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), and Operating Room, along with technical facilities such as an Echocardiography/Treadmill Testing (ECHO/TMT) Room, Laboratory, and Dialysis Unit.
