The South Golden Bay project is located in Chengdu, southwest China. Located in the central core lake area of Luxelakes, the land is composed of several peninsulas. The area is undulating, the shoreline of the lake is winding, and it has a good natural ecological foundation and the largest lake area view. How to cleverly integrate artificial design elements without destroying the original natural ecology and achieve the perfect integration of nature and man is a major challenge faced by the design team.
Taking advantage of the unique advantages of the project site, with "above the wilderness" as the design theme, the design method of light landscape intervention is adopted to create a rich and diverse spatial level. From the open lake to the wetlands on the shore, from the undulating grassland to the scattered buildings, to the aerial viewing platform, a variety of different spatial feelings are formed from horizontal to vertical, from open to private, etc., which increases the fun and exploration of the space. The entire site presents a state of breaking out of the wilderness and growing naturally, forming a pattern of mutual penetration with nature.
