LUXE35 is a luxury vertical residential project located in the heart of Bangkok, designed to respond to the lifestyle of modern urban families while maintaining comfort, accessibility, and elegance. The architecture embraces a compact urban plot by building vertically—four full floors with over 400 square meters of usable space per unit.
Built on limited land, the house grows upward, incorporating four storeys that maximize spatial usage while maintaining openness.
The living room and common areas feature soaring ceilings that connect two floors, enhancing ventilation and visual spaciousness. Skylights and large windows are strategically placed to allow abundant daylight to flood the interiors, reducing the need for artificial lighting and creating a calming, airy atmosphere. The façade is designed with privacy screens and layered spatial organization, shielding interior life from the street while maintaining openness inward. Each unit includes a private elevator, supporting aging residents and multigenerational living needs.
The interior is refined yet functional, balancing aesthetics with usability. The palette leans on wood textures, light stone, and soft lighting to evoke comfort and timeless sophistication. Open-plan common areas promote family interaction, while private bedrooms offer tranquility and retreat. Ground-floor bathrooms and key access areas are barrier-free and wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and elderly family members. Storage is subtly integrated into the design to maintain clean lines while maximizing functionality.
In essence, LUXE35 blends metropolitan sophistication with homely warmth, achieving a well-balanced fusion of urban vertical living, elegant simplicity, and practical accessibility.
