1st prize competition November 2015

Plan for 54 new houses respects the (water) landscape and integrates sustainable water management with space for new development.

The development exists of 14 ground-based houses for sale and 40 rental houses and apartments. The houses are organized around two courts on the "high" part of the site. On a mound ('terp') in the landscape is a compact apartment building.
