Perched against the panoramic topography of the Lisi hills, SPECTRUM’s latest residential masterpiece, Lisi Villa, represents a definitive dialogue between tectonic precision and the raw Georgian landscape. This 1,600-square-meter residence, anchored within a sprawling 3,000-square-meter garden, redefines the modern sanctuary by systematically dissolving the boundaries between the built environment and the organic world.
The design philosophy is rooted in a rigorous biophilic approach. Rather than treating nature as a peripheral view, the architecture invites it to act as a structural participant. Floor-to-ceiling glass façades erase the traditional building envelope, allowing natural light to sculpt the interior volumes throughout the day. The material palette—a thoughtful composition of raw stone and warm wood panels—echoes the textures of the hillside, ensuring the villa feels like an emergence from the earth rather than an imposition upon it.
One of the project’s most compelling architectural gestures is the cantilevered terrace and infinity pool. Elevated and perfectly aligned with the mountain horizon, the pool creates a sensory experience of weightlessness, framed by glass balustrades that maintain an unobstructed visual axis. This sense of openness is mirrored within the interior’s spatial planning, where two-meter atriums and soaring accent walls amplify the perception of volume, while vertical gardens and climbing flora add a dynamic, living layer to the façade.
The interior architecture functions as a study in curated elegance and functional sculpture. In the kitchen, minimalist wood-paneled cabinetry designed in collaboration with Molteni balances utility with aesthetic warmth.
