The exchange of information is crucial to technology firms, yet their workplaces are often segmented, inhibiting collaboration. Leading financial technology firm Lexin’s headquarters is focused on intersections, overlaps and in-between spaces, enhancing the workplace experience and creating opportunities for innovation.
Through the inclusion of an open plaza, metro and retail pavilion, a transparent facade expression and continuous openings between all the floor levels, the design embraces, encourages and enhances the intersections between nature and the city, and the building and its surrounding community. Inside, a variety of coordinated workspaces, amenities and multi-purpose atria provide spaces to connect while reflecting the core principles of Lexin.
