Les Jardins de Brennus is a project carried out by COGIM Promotion which consists of 43 dwellings. The project is located in the ZAC Ovalie in Montpelier. At the corner of rue du Bouclier de Brennus and rue du Mas de Nègre, in a residential and suburban district with a strong landscape component, Les Jardins de Brennus is in perfect harmony with the philosophy of premises. Our ambition was to offer a building that met the specificities Mediterranean lifestyles through the appropriation of spaces exteriors. Each apartment has large terraces, open views towards the landscape or the common garden. This residence with clean architectural lines houses a heart fully vegetated island. To ensure the tranquility of the inhabitants, special work around orientations, filters for the view, positioning of loggias, has been carried out so that everyone can enjoy the outdoors while preserving its intimate setting.
