In the heart of the small town of Guadalupe, CA on the Central Coast sits an existing building once home to the Boys and Girls club, but recently abandoned. With the help of the Community Block Grant, the team at AGD has redesigned and added to the existing community center and park to become the jewel of the community once again.
The Leroy Park Community Center consists of the renovation and addition of 9,800 sf of community center space and the surrounding park. The community center consists of a gymnasium, multi-purpose space, craft center, media stage, kitchen and recreation space.
