This distinctive residential development near Hong Kong’s Gold Coast comprises 1,154 residential units in five 18-storey towers and 30 luxury houses, along with an exclusive clubhouse overlooking a lush green hillside.
Le Pont features a variety of distinctive architectural and green features, with a main design theme that integrates these human-centric residences with their natural surroundings. Located close to the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, nature trails, beaches, the project is adjacent to green hills and close to numerous community services.
Its unique “Sky Bridge”, which connects the rooftops of all five towers and offers residents panoramic 360-degree views, echoes the natural flow of the surrounding hills and was modelled on Hong Kong’s beloved hiking trails. This distinctive architectural feature has elevated gardens, seating areas, barbecues, and spaces where residents can practice gardening. A jogging trail also surrounds the development – stretching almost one kilometre, it is paved with materials designed to make running comfortable.
Nature permeates all of Le Pont’s design aspects, from natural wood and stone materials to nature-inspired lines, textures, colours, and shapes; creating an effect whereby when one returns home, one also returns to nature.
