This TOD development project is located above an existing public transport interchange – Wu Kai Sha station in Ma On Shan.
Consisting of seven residential towers and a three-storey podium, with a a kindergarten, retail space, car parking, and luxurious clubhouse facilities, the development is designed to encompass all aspects of residents’ everyday lives.
The design is environmentally and aesthetically pleasing with a “ladder-style” height design making each tower a different height. Tower One is the shortest, with each rising in sequence making Tower Seven the tallest. This green design matches the ridgeline of the nearby Ma On Shan mountain range, mimicking and augmenting the natural view. Its situation provides open, unblocked views of the natural landscape and Tolo Harbour, making the green hills part of the residents’ lives.
