We planned and designed this new waterfront complex in Upper Manhattan working with the concession holder, municipal agencies, and New York City’s Department of Parks & Recreation. Set on the banks of the Hudson River with inspiring views of the Palisades bluffs, the project’s centerpiece is an intimate new restaurant, café and event space centered on a courtyard. Opening glass walls blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, exploiting the waterfront setting and views.
