Knight Frank Offices, Lausanne is a 200 m² interior project conceived as a refined interpretation of contemporary workspace design, where minimalism is balanced with subtle vibrancy. Developed for the international real estate agency Knight Frank, the project seeks to create a professional yet welcoming environment through clarity, precision, and carefully curated materiality.
The spatial organization is defined by open and fluid layouts, allowing natural light to circulate freely and reinforcing a sense of continuity between the different areas. A restrained palette forms the base of the design, while selective accents of color introduce warmth and identity, giving each space its own character within a coherent overall composition.
Particular attention was given to the integration of bespoke elements and design pieces developed by ADELI. The reception and workspaces incorporate furniture from the Intothepers collection, alongside rugs from the Déconstructivisme collection, whose graphic patterns subtly activate the interior landscape. These elements create a dialogue between architecture, furniture, and art, reinforcing the project’s conceptual coherence.
Through controlled detailing, clean lines, and a careful balance between neutrality and expression, the project transforms a corporate office into a contemporary and immersive environment, where elegance and functionality coexist seamlessly.
