Budaörs, Kindergarten in Hársfa street
The installation of the Z-formed building
is adapting right to the plot-line. The group-rooms looking to the south are
attached from south to the north orientated building, that includes economic,
service buildings.
On the whole, the orientation of the building is well exploiting
the makings of the plot, although it is not able to sufficiently delimitate the
playing courtyard from the busy Hársfa street, but it is trying to compensate
it with a craggy fence.
The reasonable ground plan , usable spaces result a well
functioning kindergarten. The main entrance and the central position of the
connected aula, the easily accessible group-rooms are all the real virtues of
the plan.
The north main entrance and the aula positioned on the centre of
the axe of the building is very accentuated. The view from the main entrance to
the garden through the aula is a very
beautiful part of the plan. The playing garden is spacious, it can easily be
equiped for six groups and there is enough space to install a common playing
garden.
The building has a ground floor+1 floor, on the first floor there are just serving
rooms. The service entrance in far from the pedestrian entrance and it does not
disturb the calmness of the playing garden.
The
building positioned on three different sized courts is mostly one-storied, just
the administration is placed on the first floor.
In
mass forming it is standing out in L-form with the aula.
The
3-3 group rooms are opened to south to a court, from the sport room there is
exit to another court if the weather is fine.
The
architectual forming of the building is far-flung. The wide, horizontal
wall-sides, openings, terraces are giving to the building classical modernist
look free of fashion. Due to its forming there is a kind of connection between
the inner and outer spaces, radiating absolute calmness.
The
positioning of groups helps the contact making of kids and parents: 3-3 south
orientated rooms are forming a unit.
