A basement, triple storey rear extension and internal remodel of a C19th terrace two bedroom apartment to create more living space and add three extra bedrooms
Satish Jassal Architects have been commissioned to refurbish and extend an apartment within a 19th Century terrace located in the Courtfield conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The proposal involves creating a basement and triple storey rear extension within the existing garden and three additional bedrooms below. All linked together with a new curved stone helix staircase. The new extension is linked back to the existing house via a glazed bridge.
