this entry was by far not understood, but nor was it developed to the point of explaining the real concepts that built it.
one of them being the self sustainable hub in the city's waterline hill.
only the shear scale remained clear to a first impression while the spaces conceived were actually very much of a humane proportions.
relaying the city in the relation to individual's situations more than with a big plan.
it was done by the superimposition on the hill of two big (enormous) elements that would touch and create different relations with the territory.
passing by existing buildings or nature in the same way.
only touching and creating inside them new spaces in between what they would pass.
only the mad house remained outside this system, being built around it, and voided of its former building, creating an art museum.
it was utterly fun to do this project. looking back I wished we were a bigger team, and had had more time if so...
