The Joïa project is part of the Beaux-Arts district at a street corner which gives it a privileged position like a new urban piece in dialogue with its environment.
The building takes place by an alignment on the main road and unfolds in the shape of a "U" in order to accommodate a vegetated and protected heart, open to the inhabitants. Its composition makes it possible to create large protected loggias allowing extensions to the different apartments. They create breaths and offer a dynamic rhythm to the facades, whether on the urban facade or those opening onto the central garden.
A set of openings alternated by the installation of twisted vertical sunscreens stretches the built body and refines its silhouette. These golden facade elements, vectors of reflections, energize the building with its vibrant materiality. They contribute to the creation of an urban rhythm and elegantly allow each accommodation to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate in optimal conditions. Through this device, particular attention is paid both to the preservation of everyone's privacy but also to the lighting of all the accommodation.
Starting from a traditional built body, the enhancement of the place takes place thanks to the material offered and the spatial quality working in an interior / exterior transition of the spaces given to each. A mineral base ensures the insertion of this housing project in its site while preserving its unique identity.
