Located on Av. Rebouças, between Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Av. Brasil, Jardim Faria Lima is a mixed-use development with a strong identity.

The slabs are formed by interspersed diagonals, a solution that adds reference to the design of the project, in addition to providing different designs on the terraces of the standard apartments.

It has more than 28 m², with an active façade on the ground floor and free passage for pedestrians. There are 24 floors, the first 4 of which are intended for the basement for corporate use, and on this basis the leisure area of ​​the residential tower was planned, consisting of 8 apartments on each of the 20 floors.

Large metal frames, glass railings and slabs marked with white paint contribute to compose the contemporary identity of the project.
