This new office building is situated in Paris’ startup neighborhood. Its industrial style is offset by the use of subtle, warm materials and nuances. It asserts the authenticity of rough concrete, leaving traces of the technique used to build it, all with a sense of finesse. Between new technologies and new ways of working, the project expresses an energy that is raw and refined, lively and convivial, creative and daring. The terrace provides pleasant, informal workspaces and areas for relaxation.
