Located at 909 Third Avenue, CMG engaged TPG for the relocation of 10 corporate brands from four different locations occupying a total of 230,000 square feet. Utilizing 33,000 square feet of that space is Jack Morton Worldwide, an American multi-national IPG brand. The new space features bright brand-centric colors, an open office environment and multiple spaces for collaboration in between seating. The open kitchen is a central space that further fosters creativity, as it houses not only space for dining but also a video console system, a ping pong table, and movable furniture. The cafe is conveniently labeled 'Jack's', and features a bright orange sign reminiscent of a 1950s diner. The new design exhibits the mentality of the Jack Morton brand - creating an engaging space that fosters and allows for creativity.
