A seafood bowl and chazuke restaurant that opened in the newly opened JR Hakata Station building when the Kyushu Shinkansen opened.
Based on the concept of entertaining customers with seafood from Kyushu during their travel itinerary or just after work, the seating structure is centered around counter seats so that even one person can enter without hesitation.
Based on the images of the rich forests of Kyushu and the ocean of the Genkai Sea, the graphical walls and fixtures are interspersed to create a rich dining experience.
