Located in the center of the city, Fukuoka, on the first floor of a newly constructed hotel in 2021, we designed a natural wine shop called INU Wines (https://inuwines.net). The hotel shares its entrance with the shop, and its guests pass by the shop as they enter the building. Therefore, the shop is effectively part of the hotel.

The front area was designed as an extension of the hotel's lobby, allowing customers to enter the shop seamlessly upon entering the building. The first zone is dedicated to tasting and check-out. A wine cellar's main wall separates these areas. The cellar was the primary focus of this project, so we designed the wall to serve as the main "facade" for this space. A large sliding door in the wall provides access to a wide range of natural wine collections for customers.
