The project is an urban mixed-use complex, including office and residential towers as well as a large scale commercial podium. The main entrance hall is located at the central corner of the site, where is also the intersection of city main roads. Its glass ceiling is a whole framework with a stepping down shape from the two side solid podiums toward the gate, and become the focus of the eye-catching architecture and highlights the center of the entrance. The rest parts of podium apply the vividly changing method of 3 Dimensional Composition, thus improving the original heavy and solid figure with free and active flavor, forming many irregular overhanging balconies or terraces, and increasing the diversity of spatial experience for commercial people. Office and residential towers are on both sides of the entrance lobby, in order to conform to the 45-degree facade of the main entrance, both adopt octagonal plans which are also practical and elegant for office and residential functions, as well as echoing the shape of the lobby, the styles are rotationally stepping down toward the lobby.
