STATUS
Concept
SIZE
25,000 sqft - 100,000 sqft
Imperia Terra is a 12-story residential project. The overall design concept of this project is based on several crucial aspects: responding to a compact urban fabric by creating a biophilic tower, the holistic integration of vegetation as an architectural element, and the innovative design of a facade that seamlessly integrates interior spaces with the exterior environment.

Externally, the building is characterized by its modern, sculptural, and three-dimensional facade of curved balconies. The way the building opens up to the exterior attracts light into the interior spaces in a unique and unconventional manner, through large windows.

A facade featuring curved balconies is depicted as a continuous ring of plants, creating a strong visual identity for the building. The ensemble as a whole results in a unique outdoor atmosphere on each level. The shape of the curved plane creates an organic space inside, fostering fluidity throughout the tower.
