Imperia Balance is a tower that will feature 18 floors; within its double skin and as part of its load-bearing structure, it incorporates terraces or planters that ensure each apartment is in direct contact with green space, reinforced by the inclusion of large windows that achieve a lightness and transparency in the inner skin of the tower.
The exterior composition reflects a conceptualization and functional logic of the interior spaces, where minimalism serves as a guiding principle, creating a balance between architecture and the incorporated vegetation as a complementing element.
The facades, composed of open terraces and French terraces, introduce a new concept of spatiality and connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Its frontal facade, composed of terraces marking the horizontality of each level, like a double protruding layer, contrasts with the lateral facades. One of these is curved, dynamicized by a pattern of solids and voids marked by the rhythm of cubes that act as protruding planters, thus generating a facade in layers (mat-building).
