Designed by MSE in Bodrum, Mugla, ID Bodrum Mansions offers the advantage of uninterrupted views to each villa with a design approach that adapts to the slope of the land. The houses blend in with their surroundings thanks to the use of the land and natural materials.
With more than 20 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects of various scales and functions in Turkey and abroad, MSE, led by Architect Hüray Erk and Architect Kağan Erk, has undertaken the architectural and interior design of ID Bodrum Mansions located in Gündoğan, Bodrum.
ID Bodrum Mansions consists of 32 villas of various sizes and types. The project was designed by MSE taking into consideration the form of the land on which it is located, the view direction, the vegetation, the expectations of the investor, and the needs of the user profile, as well as the size of the land and the zoning status. The project area in the form of a peninsula and the topographical conditions of the land were considered by MSE as the most important design criteria.
ID Bodrum Mansions, where each villa is designed specifically for its location, makes maximum use of the slope of the land. The facades of the houses are clad in dark-colored local natural stone, which makes them blend in with the topography in which they are located. Taking advantage of the slope of the land, MSE placed the residential buildings in such a way that they do not obstruct each other's view of the landscape.
