A refined water feature leads visitors toward the entrance, not merely as a visual element but as an integral part of the spatial narrative. This feature enhances the arrival experience, setting a serene and sophisticated tone that continues throughout the home. The foyer, illuminated by a skylit patio, acts as a transitional space between exterior and interior, subtly introducing the interplay of light and shadow that defines the project. The double-height living room, designed with meticulous attention to scale and proportion, conveys a sense of openness while preserving an intimate, welcoming atmosphere.
