The site is located in the boundaries of Charilaou, Thessaloniki. The building consists of two main volumes, one of which is a private residence while the other one is an apartment building. Both of them form a complex by being treated in the same synthetic way. Cubic shells wrap the main body of the structure to create balconies and exterior sitting areas. Simultaneously they are underlined by horizontal planes, that form outdoor pergolas.
