Individual living in an urban environment stands behind the idea for this new residential complex. The low-rise construction fits into the developed area along the city’s edge with a flair and grants anonymity.
The row houses are comprised of flexible modules, creating a free play of structures and views. Corresponding to the needs and desires of the residents, they arrange their house and the private open space in which additional desires for space can be selected in various expansion areas. The private green space is shaped by pergolas and storage rooms which creates a courtyard-like development. The entire complex (58 WE) is divided into 4 sub-areas, which have their own free spaces and form a public passage in the middle of the complex.
