The design for the house in the hills involves the restoration of pre-existing structures originally used as rural spaces. Once combined, they form a single unit within the territory of the Euganean Hills Regional Park, specifically in the Toffan Valley ponds area, a Natura 2000 protected site.
The project envisions a single gabled volume on the ground floor, allowing natural light on both sides, given the narrow and elongated shape of the site.
The materials used are wood, steel, and natural plaster.
Lighting is provided by Viabizzuno, seating by Carl Hansen, and the custom interior furniture was designed by our studio.
The project is currently under construction.
