The site is located in Peristeras area of Ierapetra, Crete. The residence consists of two two-storey private residences with parking spaces on the street level. Due to the sloping ground of both plots, the entrance is located at the upper level of the site. The route guides the owner via the glass corridors, enters into the living room and the dining area with undisturbed views towards the sea. The bedrooms are laid on the lower floor and have access to the garden and swimming pool as well as to the semi-enclosed barbeque and outdoor sitting area.
