Home A+E+2 was born from a dialogue with complexity — a project shaped by an extraordinary series of constraints that ultimately defined its identity. Military, landscape, cemetery, railway, and highway restrictions, together with the strict zoning rules of area C1.2 and the application of the “Piano Casa,” became the framework for a design that transforms limitations into opportunities.
The result is an autonomous yet connected addition to the existing building, conceived as a white, sculptural volume of pure geometries and suspended lines. The architectural gesture marks a clear distinction between old and new: sharp cuts, precise edges, and the luminous white of the plaster enhance light and shadow, emphasizing the contemporary nature of the intervention.
Interiors are fluid and flexible, designed around the everyday life of its inhabitants. Natural light plays a leading role, defining domestic atmospheres and framing views of the orchard and garden like living paintings. Green roofs on both levels extend the building into the landscape, merging architecture and nature in a seamless dialogue.
Home A+E+2 stands as a small yet meaningful challenge — a project born from constraints but elevated by perseverance, vision, and the shared desire to turn boundaries into beauty.
