The venue that gives form to Grupo Sonora Grill's premium brand had to respond to the dedication and passion invested in the Holsteins experience. The architectural proposal, at once sincere and meticulous, creates an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that incorporates materials, textures, and colours whose combination achieves a perfect harmony between concrete, metal, leather, and timber, lending warmth to each of the spaces. This harmony allows guests to immerse themselves in its subtle contrasts and to experience the venue in its entirety — one that conveys the very passion with which each dish is enjoyed. In this spirit, each of the dining rooms was conceived as a distinct space, with its own particular atmosphere, together forming the overarching concept of Holsteins.
With these design premises established, the singular character of each room ensures that the guest's experience, on every visit, remains unrepeatable. Among the principal spaces is the Whisky Room, conceived as the perfect setting in which to sample its extensive selection of labels. A space that takes the spirit itself as its design concept, celebrating its colours to create a subtle backdrop against which its flavours, textures, and aromas may be appreciated.
