Embarking on a transformative architectural journey at the heart of Dubai Creek Harbour, our design philosophy revolves around the dreams and aspirations of three essential groups: the residents, who will call this iconic tower home; the passersby, witnessing its magnificence from the street; and the distant observers, marveling at its beauty from afar. These individuals form the essence of our narrative, propelling the creation of an environment radiating happiness and fostering a strong sense of community.
Our canvas, an expansive 31,460 sqm site, inspired us to envision beyond limits, with a buildable area exceeding 110,000 sqm. The design journey unfolded with profound consideration for the residents and visitors engaging with the structure. The entry podium level became our first canvas, where we carefully examined the nuances of the site. A lack of nearby shops left the walkway yearning for vibrancy, and insufficient parking facilities posed accessibility challenges. In response, we demonstrated creativity through a transformative architectural design, breathing life into the space and providing a welcoming urban escape at the heart of Dubai Creek Harbour.
To maximize open space and seamlessly merge with the natural landscape, we conceived a multifaceted platform, inviting inhabitants to immerse themselves in the beauty of the outdoors. This concept aimed to redefine the architectural landscape of the Middle East, forging an unparalleled connection with nature. Undulating contours and meticulously crafted topography created inviting steps, encouraging interaction with the lush environment.
The tower design envisioned for residents and distant admirers, unfolds as a living canvas. The building's facade evolved into a masterpiece shaped by individual choices regarding the presence or absence of balconies. Each decision contributes to the unique personality of the structure, celebrating the harmony of design and individuality.
Privacy for residents takes center stage, achieved through strategic tower placement and careful consideration of vertical dimensions. The towers, standing 50 meters apart, ensure privacy while harmonizing with spatial characteristics and reshaping the tower's heights to offer a view toward downtown Dubai for the neighbors. Likewise, deliberate measures are taken to respect neighbors' views, safeguarding against potential devaluation. Three distinctive towers are reformed to offer maximum privacy, fostering a sense of community.
Ascending to the upper towers, our vision transforms from the podium's lush, evergreen, and hilly oasis into an ever-evolving facade shaped by the choices of its inhabitants. Hilly Evergreen stands as a testament to our commitment, symbolizing dedication to meeting the complex and evolving needs of a thriving community. In this intricate design tapestry, residents become contributors, shaping a living testament to the beauty of nature intertwined with the diverse tastes and aspirations of the people it houses.
