Situated in an area where tree-lined streets, urban convenience, fashion, and culture shape daily life, Helbor Jardins proposes a new way of living, translating the scale of a house into the refined verticality of its design.
Set on an L-shaped plot with entrances on Alameda Lorena and Rua Haddock Lobo, the project integrates seamlessly into the urban fabric of São Paulo’s Jardins district. Its volumetric design emphasizes the pedestrian experience, preserving a direct connection with the street and the lush canopy that characterizes the neighborhood. The project extends its commitment to the surrounding area beyond the towers, widening sidewalks with landscaped gardens and welcoming seating areas.
This high-end residential development behaves like a collection of suspended homes, where architecture fosters a continuous dialogue between city, nature, and living space. In the main entrance hall, metallic slatted screens in a wood-tone finish enrich the façade composition and ensure strategic privacy for interior areas, filtering views and sunlight to achieve a perfect balance between protection and transparency.
With just seven floors and a total height of 27 meters, the two residential towers provide residents with a privileged view of the treetops. Alternating inclined terraces create double-height planters, enabling robust landscaping that extends onto the façades and visually continues the neighborhood’s canopy.
This configuration results in a biophilic project that softens the boundary between indoors and outdoors: social areas open onto generous verandas, vegetation frames the architectural language, and the façade gains a dynamic, living identity in constant dialogue with its surroundings.
The choice of materials underscores the pursuit of design aligned with well-being: exposed concrete, metallic wood-tone slatted panels, and large aluminum-and-glass frames create a composition that emphasizes transparency, environmental comfort, and timeless aesthetics. These elements frame the greenery of the planters and existing trees as part of the architectural composition, making landscaping a protagonist.
Interior design by Fernanda Marques and landscaping by Hanazaki deepen the concept of home at every scale of the project—from the discreet arrival through tree-lined streets to the intimate spaces opening onto private gardens. The slatted panels fold into vertical screens, bringing privacy and rhythm to the side façades.
The result is a residential development that embodies the Jardins lifestyle: sophisticated, cosmopolitan, and serene.
