The implantation of four buildings, embracing a large private square of 1.000 m2 ensures that neither building obstructs the view of the other. Two other buildings are located at the end of the lot, set back 10 meters from Rua Nova York, allowing the creation of another semi-public square. The language of the buildings is defined by straight lines and “boxes” that frame the apartments, at different heights.
The plans of the three 31-story buildings were designed in the form of a “weathervane”, with a central service core surrounded by the apartments, which rotate and fit together, allowing everyone to have an unobstructed view. In the other three buildings, a rectangular plan was designed with apartments on both sides, one overlooking the street and the other overlooking the internal square. The insertion of a supermarket integrated into the hall of the buildings, next to Rua Nova York and the semi-public square, contributes to the neighborhood's greater vitality.
