The Guangzhou Commercial Centre (GCC) is part of Forest Hills – a comprehensive development on a 31,500 sq. m. site adjacent to Guangzhou East Train Station. This LEED-certified, mixed-use project comprises the 150m-high GCC (with a GFA of 36,000 sq. m.), seven super-high-rise residential towers (with a GFA of 145,000 sq. m.), a kindergarten, and a large, central landscaped clubhouse – all linked by an extensive basement structure.
