GREEN OFFICE® ENJOY
The Green Office® ENJOY is a special office building: it stands on a railway underpass. It is made of wood and produces more energy than it consumes. This is ensured by the photovoltaic system on the roof and an architecture that reduces energy consumption.
Around 1,250 people will use the 17,000 m² office space as of April 2019. They benefit from the experience value of the architecture: The wooden construction is visible and tangible in the offices. The courtyard is equipped with greenery. Three terraces open the view on the Eiffel Tower, the Sacre Cœur and the New Law Courts of Renzo Piano. The Paris office of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and its partner SCAPE designed the building in close cooperation with the client Bouygues Immobilier and the Caisse des Dépôts.
