Modern living reimagined through earthy textures, clean lines, and mindful design.
Viola Apartment is more than a home—it is an immersive experience of material harmony, curated aesthetics, and personalized comfort. Prashant Parmar’s signature touch is evident in every detail, where natural light, earthy textures, and spatial clarity converge to create a sanctuary that is at once luxurious and grounded. The project exemplifies how a cohesive design language, when executed with precision and passion, can transform a space into timeless art.
A luxurious symphony of elegance, warmth, and timeless design—“Graceful 5BHK Interiors at Viola Apartment” redefines refined living within a spacious 4,600 sq. ft. residence in the heart of Ahmedabad. Designed by Prashant Parmar Architect, this bespoke 5-bedroom apartment reflects an effortless harmony between modern aesthetics and thoughtful comfort, embodying a serene retreat for its resident, Mrs. Riddhimaben and her family.
From the moment one steps out of the private lift, the personal foyer sets the tone with a stunning composition of chevron copper mesh glass, rich wooden grid elements, and stone cladding. A cozy tan chair and a Buddha mural radiate calmness, while the intricately crafted veneer-finished main door with MS patterns announces grandeur.
The layout flows with intention—featuring a vestibule that opens into a wide common passage connecting the drawing, dining, kitchen, and guest spaces. Walls clad in micro-cement textures paired with wooden fluted panels and crisscross ceiling details transform this functional zone into a warm visual journey. Italian marble flooring adds continuity and opulence throughout.
The south-facing drawing room, spanning 26’ x 24’, is bathed in natural light. Earthy cement textures paired with rose gold strips, a dramatic grey marble feature wall, and a striking midnight green sofa create a soft yet bold ambiance. The space connects to an airy balcony, encouraging a seamless dialogue with nature.
Adjoining the living area is the dining room, anchored by an elegant 8-seater onyx marble table and brushed gold accents. A bronze mirror and geometric console add dimension and drama, while a fluted wood ceiling continues the language of warmth. The kitchen—stylish yet functional—features quartz counters, fluted dado panels, and Acrolam shutters. An island counter doubles as a casual serving zone, paired with bar stools and a serene adjacent mandir, offering spiritual pause within the modern home.
A secondary intermediate passage connects all private zones. Designed with textured grey walls, rose gold highlights, and bronze mirrors, this corridor is adorned with decorative consoles and soft wooden accents, making transitions between rooms feel like curated moments.
Each bedroom is crafted with a unique theme:
• Master Bedroom 1 exudes modern sophistication in grey tones with concrete-textured cladding and a curved Corian office desk. A private balcony, wooden flooring, and 26’ long luxury dress & bath area elevate its refined character.
• Master Bedroom 2 embraces a Heritage Boho style with cane-crafted furnishings, rust-toned lime textures, and earthy finishes, offering a rustic yet elegant vibe.
• The Parent’s Bedroom leans into warmth with fluted beige panels, PU-finished wardrobes, and wood tones that echo comfort and timelessness.
• The Daughter’s Room is a playful yet chic sanctuary in peachy pink tones, featuring a velvet flower-shaped headboard, seamless fluted paneling, and a decorative study nook.
• The Guest Bedroom maintains minimalist elegance through a muted white and wooden palette with thoughtfully designed furniture and concealed storage solutions.
Each bathroom reflects a commitment to refined finishes—ranging from Corian countertops and fluted textures to brown-tinted glass wardrobes and PVC wooden plank ceilings—blending functionality with design.
