FURNITURE SHOWROOM
CLIENT: GEI
2,000 SF
TRA studio was asked to work on the corporate identity and interior design concept for the furniture showroom in four weeks, in time for the Design week events. With a minimum budget TRA devised an 80’ long concrete stepped platform that simultaneously invites the viewer inside the showroom and separates the work-space from the display.
The chairs sitting on the platform, are at once displayed and looking at the visitor, almost asking to be tried for comfort, the customer becoming then part of the display.
The company identity was announced by the large neon sign, also designed by TRA, and reinforced in the stationary graphics.

ART EXHIBIT
Simultaneously, in the building atrium, employing a similar design strategy, TRA designed an 80’ long freestanding wall, to exhibit Robert Traboscia’s paintings and sculptures.
