Designed for a young family and with an extensive program, Casa G+B was born to celebrate. To celebrate gatherings. To achieve this, we valued the common spaces. A large leisure area was the starting point of the project, becoming the heart of the house.
The sectorization is well defined, divided into private, social and service areas. A large central circulation divides the spaces and connects the accesses to the different zones.
For leisure, a large gourmet area feeds the house, a swimming pool, a spa with jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a large gym and a simple soccer field.
Natural materials were chosen as a way of getting closer to nature and are found throughout the house, with emphasis on the stones and exposed concrete of the roof, giving the residence life and freshness.
A large geometric concrete slab welcomes the house on its main façade, forming an air pocket that ventilates the roof in general, generating greater thermal protection.
The house also has two large water tanks, one of which is for reuse. Located in a residential condominium in the middle of a golf club, the G+B house features exclusive and intense carpentry, with generous panels and cabinets that make it very special.
