As the first residential project with a large central garden landscape to be landed in Taizhou, A core design idea is introduced by the designers that the linkage between the indoor living space and the outdoor environment is the spirit of this community. The central garden of nearly one hectare gives the residential area plenty of sunlight and a place containing a variety of activities. At the same time, the welcoming entrance with a sense of ceremony also provides residents and visitors with an urban-like hotel-level experience.

The overhead floors of all residences have been transformed into public activity places with various functions to meet the different daily needs of the occupants.
