Shaoxing is a central hub of China's private economy. In the wave of the new era, it upholds the spirit of openness and diversity, and its urban development is rapidly advancing. There are countless landmark luxury residential projects. In the eyes of LYCS Architecture, luxury homes are not just about special resource allocation but also about responding to residents' unique lifestyles and artistic tastes with finer granularity.

Also designed by LYCS Architecture, The architectural design of KINCANG Egrets Waves 3.0 Residence was inspired by the graceful movements of egrets. The use of silver and white metal aluminum panels and vast floor-to-ceiling windows creates a fresh and modern feel. The facade panels continue the light and rhythmic curves of KINCANG, giving the overall appearance a simple, pure, and elegant grace.

The light curves extend from the exterior architecture into the residential interior, creating a harmonious flow between the vibrant living spaces and the free-flowing swimming pool.

As you enter the first-floor living and dining room, a range of free-flowing colors open up and dance through the space, from lively yellows to passionate reds. The vibrant color palette activates all senses.

The flowing curves extend to the walls, ceiling, and furniture, creating an elegant and luxurious ambiance. Large areas of dark wood paneling skillfully divide the space, complemented by natural white stone with interesting furniture and soft furnishings that add to the rich, multi-layered visual experience.

The double-height space that spans the two levels breaks down the barriers between floors and creates an open and flowing feel. The use of vertical dark wood paneling enhances the sense of spatial extension and opens up the sightlines. People engaged in different activities intersect and overlap in the same space, cleverly integrating the "villa feel" of the architecture into the residential interior.

The flowing lines of the architecture spiral upwards from the first floor, guiding the visual inertia from the horizontal plane to the vertical plane, enhancing the flow of space and creating a dynamic and lively atmosphere.

The metallic texture of the spiral staircase reflects light through diffuse reflection, creating a soft glow. The design breaks away from the original flat layout by separating the staircase into two parts and connecting them with the same material handrails, eliminating the need for structural columns and sculpting a sense of unity for the overall space.

The second floor contains guest and children's rooms, enveloped by an L-shaped open-air terrace. From there, one can overlook the hotel-style garden within the residential area up close and enjoy a distant view of the misty and rainy Jiangnan of Shaoxing's ancient city.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the landscape into the room, and the children's room is colorful without being overly saturated, meeting children's physical and mental growth needs.

Ascending a few steps will lead you to a three-story space customized for the user, including a living room, bedroom, dressing room, study, fitness area, bar, and rooftop swimming pool.

With the concept of fluid space in mind, the area is designed around two "structural tubes" made of metal-framed glass, creating a circuitous path.

The area is only minimally divided to maintain its fluidity and connectivity, allowing users to switch between private and public modes using flexible and adjustable partitions based on their specific needs.

The bedroom and living room are connected, creating an interesting visual relationship.

The blue woven bed serves as a visual centerpiece, aligned with the axis of the glass box and proportionally balanced in the space. The dark wooden floor is paired with light grey leather, exuding a sense of quality, while the texture and colors blend to create a highly personalized and modern living space.

The bathroom continues the predominantly blue color scheme of the residence, with Mediterranean blue and pearl white mosaic tiles extending from the walls to the floor, enhancing the sense of depth in the space. The sapphire blue double basin and bathtub are custom-made from resin material, with a transparent texture that blends with the water, creating a light and dreamy atmosphere, enveloping the space in a transparent and lively feeling.

The bar area is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a combination of multiple materials creating a delicate texture and rich visual effect. The marble bar counter breaks the boundaries and extends to the starry sky terrace, seamlessly connecting the inside and outside. Friends can chat and laugh on the patio or mingle and toast in the bar area, with the transparent interface bringing exciting interactions.

Arriving at the Sky Terrace, with an area of about 75 square meters, the view also becomes more expansive. The terrace combines an infinity-edge pool, and the sparkling blue pool is gorgeous under the changing sky and clouds. Space circulates, and the new way of life is based on design, giving users more possibilities for home experiences and allowing them to enjoy nature and coexist.
