The residential complex represents a sculpture building. The three-part composition of the house was formed under the influence of the urban context.
The lower part is a reaction to the low buildings nearby. Average — corresponds to the heights of neighboring houses. It is occupied by typical floors with spacious apartments. The upper one is reserved for penthouses. The grid of the facade is assembled from metal cassettes. Its protruding faces consist of two "layers" — a glass screen and an inner wall with a floor-to-ceiling window. The ledges have outdoor terraces with views of the city center.
