Our new hotel project on the island of Zakynthos is a blend of modern and traditional design elements, rooted in a contemporary interpretation of vernacular architecture.
The design of the complex draws inspiration from the architectural heritage of Zakynthos, focusing on the use of arches as a central element. These arches, a signature feature of pre-earthquake Zakynthian architecture, are thoughtfully incorporated into the design to evoke a sense of history and timelessness. The architectural style captures the essence of the island's past while providing all the comforts of contemporary living.
A key aspect of the design is its integration with the natural landscape of Zakynthos. The complex is positioned to blend seamlessly with its surroundings, respecting the island’s topography and natural beauty. The use of natural materials, such as stone and wood, not only ensures durability but also further embeds the complex within the landscape as time passes.
