The FBC is already among the classics of the Frankfurt skyscrapers. The task was to redesign the foyer of the 140-metre high building. In contrast to the extensive canopy, the foyer itself has only a shallow depth despite its generous width.
This is compensated visually by Heiko Zahlmann's convincing astistic concept. A three-tier wall relief that continues on the previous levels of lift access directs the viewing direction almost sideways. The coloured edges of the wall installation correspond with the newly designed reception in the centre and connect the various design elements.
