The new Fate City Hall has been designed to address a variety of spatial needs for citizens, city staff, and elected officials. The project includes the much-needed centralized workspace for city staff and proper assembly spaces for city council and other public meetings. The building is designed to open onto a Civic Plaza. The Civic Plaza is planned for multiple community events such as festivals, concerts, and seasonal events. The plaza contains both open space and shaded garden areas.
